Voice menu missing on some units

I have 6 Total Access 916e units. They all have the same boot rom, firmware and DSP Software versions. They all have the same configuration other than the IP address and host name used.

Three of them show a full menu in the GUI interface.
Three of them have the entire Voice menu missing.

Configuring using the CLI works fine. What could be wrong?

This issue gets stranger.
If I access the GUI using Chrome browser the voice menu appear normally.
If I access the GUI using Firefox browser the voice menu is missing (others are fine).

If I access the GUI using Firefox and change the IP from .85 to .181, the voice menu appears normal. Switch it back and it disappears.

If I downgrade the firmware to A1.04 and use firefox and .85 IP address the voice menu appears again.

Not sure what is going on, but I now know a workaround.

No errors in the browser console.
