I am looking for EOL information on the Netvanta 1638/1638P. Our switches are actually registered through another company so my Adtran account doesn't show them.
I was hoping I could find the information here instead of opening a ticket with our support provider.

It's a current production product. You won't see EOL information until a decision has been made to discontinue production. Typically it will appear about six months or so before you can no longer order the item, with support being available for several years after end of production. The EOL notice will give the reason such as a component part being discontinued, lack of demand, replaced by newer model, etc.
