When on a call I can hear myself and the caller can hear themselves when using the Plantronics CS70NC on an Adtran 712 phone. The headset works great but the echo makes it very hard to have a conversation. Is there any echo reduction settings on the 712 that may affect this. Netvanta 7100 4.12, Phone firmware 13.16.
Shortly after this post I found some information on another site How to fix an echo in your Plantronics wireless headsets. / Plantronics Wireless & Corded Headse.... After trying the volume adjustments on the base unit for volume and lowering the mic volume my echo went away.
