Can nCommand monitor voice quality metrics of the PRI on Adtra TA908e series?
This info came from the VQM configuration Guide:
https://supportforums.adtran.com/docs/DOC-1663
SIP-to-analog calls (or PRI) can only be monitored on the WAN interface, and can only be monitored in AOS voice products.
What that means is that you will only get VQM stats on the inbound RTP stream on the SIP trunk coming into the ADTRAN. You will not see the second RTP stream going outbound because it is not coming into the firewall. We are generating that stream.
Hope that makes sense. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Mark. I was already monitoring the WAN and was just curious about the PRI portion. It makes sense.
If you have issues with voice quality on a PRI call and your inbound VQM doesn’t show anything, you could in those scenarios do a DSP Capture and see what we are receiving from the PRI to see if it is bad or has static/echo/what not on it.
Here is info on DSP capture:

Hope that helps.
