I just started a job with a voice/network CLEC. I have been task with migrating our HPBX and SIP trunks customers over to our cluster platform. After several migrations, I've noticed that there's no way to test or verify that an outbound call is working properly until the customer place a call from on-premise. This is a serious issue for us as we're responsible for several schools in our regional. My is question: Is there a way to test or place an outbound from the router remotely without involving the customer?
