Sip to PRI Avaya EC500 feature

Hi,

I am new on this forum and this is my first time to post a thread. I hope I am on the right page.

I got a TA 908 working with an Avaya PBX but the EC500 feature is not working.  The EC500 is like a call transfer from Pbx ext to a mobile.  Someone have test this feature with a TA908.  It looks the TA900 is disconnecting the call with a call rejected release cause.

I was hoping that someone might be able to help me on troubleshooting the issue.

Hi,

I found the problem, we were using sip connect and got a business trunk without registration as soon  with register the Avaya feature works.
