PRI Failure

Hello,

We are having an issue with a specific customer. We have a 924e setup with a PRI using NI2. We are able to send calls to the Adtran and they are receiving them fine via the PRI on their PBX, but calls are failing going outbound from customer PBX. The call is making it to the Adtran but failing there on the ISDN Level. Running a debug we are getting an error message of:

This almost seems like a switch protocol issue. Any thoughts out there?
