I have a situation with a customer that has a Cisco CUBE that is call forwarding. Adtran is behind NAT.
So :
CUBE > Adtran > NAT > Our SBC
Inbound leg comes in, customer makes another outbound call to forward the call. Problem is media isn't passing because of a deadlock. Our SBC is waiting for some RTP to come from the customer before sending media through the NAT on both legs, and the customer isn't sending any media because they are just proxying the media that would come from us.
Are there any configurations on the Adtran that might help in this situation if the customer isn't able to send any dummy RTP packets?
