The admin userid and admin password does not allow me to log in to make changes. How do I log in to make changes?
I have downloaded the 2.6.2.8 firmware and older versions but for some reason I can only log in with the user / user account/PW. The admin/admin, support/support and mfg/complex pw do not authenticate. Is there some trick to this? I have reset the SR501 by holding the reset for 6-10 seconds and also loaded 2.6.2.8 (and various other versions back to 2.6.1.3) from the forced web interface by holding the reset for 30 sec. I have four of these and tried the above on three of them. Also tried Chrome, IE, Firefox, Edge. Notebook's ethernet port directly connected to the LAN Port of the SR501.
