IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All products are now eligible to be supported via Network Care or ProCare plans up to the End-of-Support dates as published in Adtran’s established End-of-Life notification process. Previously, Adtran assigned a Max Warranty duration per item from the date of sale. This concept of Max Warranty duration is now being discontinued. At times, the Max Warranty duration would set an unrealistically short product life estimate that did not align with customer’s usage plans. Therefore, Max Warranty duration will no longer limit Adtran’s ability to continue to serve a Customer’s support needs.

As of April 15, 2024, Adtran will require an active Care plan to receive technical support beyond assistance with a warranty claim (RMA). For more information on this change or to understand your continued Care options, please contact your Adtran Sales representative.
