I have some VVX 400 phones connected to ECS that seem to loose there staus group butons has any one seen this?
Jim, there aren't any known issues with this offhand, but I would suggest opening a ticket with tech support, as this is likely going to involve more advanced troubleshooting than can be accomplished on a forums post. Thanks
