I recently upgraded to UC business server 6.0 so that I could connect to Exchange 2013. The Voicemail to Email is working fine now, but when using the handset we get the message "We are unable to access your mailbox, please try again"

I set the exchange permissions as documented, and installed as the service user, but no dice. I need a direction to go from here.

Russell, if MFCMapi can't connect, that does rule it out as a UC issue. I would suggest opening a ticket with support for additional in-depth troubleshooting. Thanks
