The Adtran 7100 is being flooded with the follow message. Does anyone have any insight on what maybe causing this issue.

Did you ever get resolution to your issue? Seeing very similar on my 7100.
This looks to me like your VVX400 is trying to get a status group that no longer exists. Check your phone config in "IP Phone Config", make sure that there's no Status Group in the build.
This phone appears to have no stats group. I have factory default the phone, and I'm still seeing the error. I have also attached the phone's configuration.

I don't see an attachment on the thread here. If you're looking at the IP Phone Config for the phone in the GUI, a status group won't say it is unless you click on the line with the +/x buttons on it. The attached default.png screenshot shows what the phone config GUI looks like at first, and status.png shows the entry for the status group when I click on it.
I see your attachments now. The <mac>.cfg file just has your digit map, and specifications for polycom config files. The <mac>-phone.cfg file just has polycom-specific attributes that the phone needs to be aware of. Neither of these files will have the information I described in my previous reply.
