Ring Group - multiple inbound calls?

Scenario:

Four users in a ring group (all ring).  Ring group allows 4 incoming calls.

2 users are on the phone one is not at desk

incoming line rings

picked up by fourth user

another call comes in

fourth user places current call in park orbit and hangs up handset

but is unable to answer the ringing call??

Phones are ADTRAN 712/706 with 2 buttons for extension, and status group for rest.

Tried this with a call queue as well, and placing a call in a park orbit does not seem to make you available.

Thoughts?  Should be configured differently?

Try adding the command group-ring-call-waiting to the voice users that are members of the ring-group to see if it fixes the problem.  More detailed instructions are outlined in this post:
