I have a 7100 SMB running 10.6. When I plug in a new Polycom VVX 500 the system recognizes it gives the phone the firmware and a new extension. (2000). Oddly I do not see a user account or phone config. I have manually added both and resync'ed the phones and I cannot get the line to register. I was about to start over and factory default the box but perhaps that is doing to much and there is an easier fix.

Spoke with Ryan from Adtran Support. The solution was to regenerate a new password in the NV7100 for each phone then reboot each phone.

Hi, I have the same problem and I've tried to regenerate a new password already and reboot the phones, yet no luck. Any thing else I can try?
