Juad,
If you have FMFM (find-me-follow-me) enabled for a specific user and call coverage is set to use FMFM immediately, you can populate the caller ID of the harassing phone number in the Black-list section and threat that call as you wish. You can send it to an immediate busy signal if you like or send it to voicemail, etc. i
If you do have the call coverage set to go to FMFM immediately, be sure to have the Everyone tab ring the user's extension plus any other number like a mobile phone and then goto voicemail.
Thanks,
Parker
juad,
When a call comes in over a PSTN trunk and gets routed straight to a user by extension, DID, alias, sip-identity, etc we cannot selectively block calls based on the incoming caller ID. If the call came in on one trunk and was routed out another trunk on the unit SABR could be used to manipulate the DNIS. Is this user reached from a DID? If so would it be possible to assign the user a new DID and then just remove the old one or reassign it to an auto attendant that plays an announcement?
Thanks,
Matt
