Can I add a route for the 169.254.0.0/16 network to the DHCP scope on a netvanta 7100?

We need users to be able to route to a 169.254.0.0/16 network, all our users are on Windows 7. Our 7100's give out the DHCP scope. Is there a way to add this route in the scope options?

DHCP doesn't add routes. You could build a static route to that subnet and your DHCP-assigned subnet would route to it. However, 169.254.0.0/16 is link-local so any machines on the same broadcast domain should find it without further configuration.
