Caller ID shows sip:xxxxxxxxxx@10.10.20.1:5060

The Caller ID is showing sip:xxxxxxxxxx@10.10.20.1:5060 instead of the users extension and name. Here is a screen output:

Yet all of the users are setup as follows:

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your post.  Caller ID is not related to the e-mail address entered for a voice user.  The e-mail address on that screen is used for voicemail notifications.  The outbound caller ID is based on several factors and is documented here:

Matt,

Thank you for your response. I am aware that Caller ID isn't related to the user's email address. I had added that screen to show though that the internal caller id and number were set to default and the same for the external and yet I am not getting that. I will look at the document you sent. Thank you
