Hi, We have a 7100 firmware - R10.8.1.E. Around 7 minutes into a call, we hear a beep tone, like call waiting, but it's not call waiting as the customer have a hunt group on TELCO. They have analog lines. Does any one have any ideas?

Were you able to resolve this issue? If so, please come back to this post to provide an update so others can benefit from the solution. From the symptoms you described this sounds like an issue with the analog lines. If the issue happens consistently you should be able to confirm this by bypassing the NetVanta 7100 and plugging the lines straight into a phone on site one at a time and making test calls. If you hear the tone in this setup you would need to raise this issue with your provider. You may need to do some additional troubleshoot to isolate which specific line(s) the issue happens on or if it is present on all of them. If the issue happens consistently and only with the NetVanta 7100 in the picture we would need to see the current configuration along with the output of a debug voice verbose, debug sip stack messages, and debug interface fxo all running at the same time while the issue is recreated. You can submit the configuration and debug output in a ZIP to our FTP server with the instructions below:
Open Internet Explorer web browser on their PC
Type the following URL: ftp://ftp.adtran.comPress the Alt key, click View, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
Double-click the "Incoming" folder
Drag and drop files from PC into the Internet Explorer windowReply to this post with the exact filenames used so we can retrieve the files
