We currently have two 7100s in our organization, one of the 7100s runs a call queue for routing calls from the public. I would like to know if there is any way to add phones from the other 7100 to the call queue.

Thank you for posting this question. Unfortunately external extensions are not supported with the call queuing feature on the NetVanta 7100.
