Look at page 8 of the release notes on firmware 18.03.01.00.
I believe this is your issue.
If you upgrade to that version or later it should fix the problem.
Which firmware version are you running?
I believe there was a bug fix in a previous firmware that showed incorrect values for the number of packets sent.
