Replace cheap linksys router with Adtran Netvanta 3430, now I have problem

Hi,  We have this problem a few times.  We replace cheap linksys router with adtran Netvanta 3430.  Customer have webserver ons site and no local DNS server.  Now, when customer try to go to their website, it does not allow them, as traffic is going back out and coming back in.

I was told ip firewall check reflexive-traffic should allow them to go out and coming back in, but that's not the case.

Does anyone know how to turn if on?

I don't want to use the dns on Adtran, as it  is very temperament.
