NetVanta 3448 Throughput

Whats is tha actual through put on a NetVanta 3448 EFP out of the box. If I engage Firewall and QOS how does it change.

As you  mentioned, the throughput you’ll see on any router is going to vary by the tasks you’re going to need it to perform – firewall policies, QoS settings, the number of VPN tunnels, and other parameters.  I’d recommend talking to one of ADTRAN’s Applications Engineers who will be able to make a indicate what throughput you should expect based on your specific requirements.  You can reach ADTRAN Applications Engineering by calling 888-423-8726 or sending an email to application.engineering@adtran.com.
