I just purchased a couple of Netvanta 3450 routers because of their expandability to handle up to 4 T1 WAN interfaces. Now that I programmed my first two T1 MLPPP last night, by reading "Configuring PPP in AOS" (61200820E1-29.1C November 2009) and looking at Table 1, it says that I'm limited to a maximum of 2 MLPPP links per bundle on a 3400-series router. Documentation mistake?
Yes, that would have to be a documentation mistake. If my memory serves correctly, back when that document was written (2009) the 3400-series only had 1 slot, so 2xT1 would have been the maximum. When the 3450 came out as a 2-slot box the document simply wasn't updated. If you put two of the Dual T1 NIM in a 3450, you can definitely do a 4xT1 MLPPP setup.

Sounds like time for a documentation refresh.
