E.164 format on inbound calls

Customer is requesting E.164 format from our Adtran - I added the 

voice international-prefix abbreviated
 
but it is not converting the 10 digits into +1XXXXXXXXXX on the from and to fields - in this 3430
 
Is there another setting I can try?
