AP Discovery not working

I have an Adtran 3448 which cannot find a NV160AP. I've added tons of these, as they are deployed in my retail locations. But this one, for some reason, doesn't even notice that an AP is plugged in (Never sees the MAC address, etc).

I tried different LAN ports, I updated the software on the 3448, and it still doesn't recognize it, even though when I plug it into a LAN port, it lights up and gives a green 100MB on the port.

Any idea other than the AP is shot? That is what Adtran support is saying, but it literally worked last week in a different retail store (with the same exact configuration).

Any suggestions would be nice!
