VPN client licenses taking an inordinate amout of time.
I downloaded the Adtran VPN client then purchased two licenses from CDW. However it has been 8 days now and I still don't have the licenses. CDW tells me it takes 7-10 days to get. Since this is distributed electronically, can this be true? I'm wondering if CDW has even ordered my two licenses from Adtran.

Yes the licensing process is painful and Adtran should do something about it. I have waited over 2 weeks for licenses from catalyst before. Adtran should also make a VPN client that will work on iOS as well... Good luck there. If it weren't for their American support and the fact that I never have any issues with the 200+ VPN's I have on their gear, I would be jumping ship. Still might if something else comes along... Hope their listening...
