Netvanta 3120 - Port forwarding - udp Traffic

Hello all.  I have a question on port forwarding that I hope you are able to help me with.  Netvanta 3120 router is in place on a LAN to separate some new equipment from the rest of the LAN.  A server on the existing LAN, must communicate with a device on the new LAN.  these devices connect using UDP on port 47810.  I am including the config file to clarify the following configuration. 

Existing LAN is allowing for 1 IP address for the new LAN to communicate thru.  10.137.8.20 is the IP address of the new 3120 router sitting on the existing LAN. 

New VLAN is 192.168.1.0- and the new device that needs to communicate is 192.168.1.1.

Existing server is at 129.3.22.181

Existing server must communicate to new device at 192.168.1.1 thru a port forward from 10.137.8.20(router)

10.137.8.20 can ping thru the network to 129.3.22.181 Server and vise versa, however there is no contact thru the VLAN.  I am wondering what I am missing.  Any help is appreciated.

Based on your configuration, all traffic is being allowed through in both directions without any changes being made. In other words, there is no NAT occurring on your router. When you ping 192.168.1.1 or ping from 192.168.1.1, the 3120 must know how to get to the other subnets in your network. This is why it has a default route pointing to 10.137.8.1. However, the routers in your network must also know how to get back to the 192.168.1.x network.

Could you post the results of a traceroute from 129.3.22.181 to 192.168.1.1 and vice-versa? It would also help to compare this to the results of the successful traceroute from 129.33.22.181 to 10.137.8.20 and vice-versa.
