I've tried multiple times to register our BSC-2200 and Adtran's site won't except it. So I can't contact them for support. So am I missing something? I was looking for the EOL list and didn't find it either, thinking that the BSC-2200 is EOL. When I click the End-of-Life link on their site all it does is take me to what End-of-Life means and doesn't give me a list of devices. Ever since they acquired Bluesocket I haven't been able to get support for our device.
Maybe someone from Adtran follows this site can give me some help.

OK. He got the BSC-2200 into the system. So marking this as answered.

You do not have to have your BSC registered to your account to open a support ticket. The BSC2200 is not end-of-life, but the BlueProtect software is as of February 1, 2013 https://www.adtran.com/web/fileDownload/doc/31765. OK. I just went into that area of the web site and here is where I ended up.
From here where do I go. There is no link to go any further.
Also I assumed it was end-of-life as there haven't been any new updates for it in many years.

I'm using Firefox 24. If that form is coming from an inline frame that is hosted on another system, then that explains why it isn't working. As of Firefox 23 Mixed content is blocked by default. So if the form was hosted on an HTTP site, but the page I was on is HTTPS then that is mixed content. Which is a security problem.

That form needs to be on that page directly not through an inline frame. Or change the link that grabs that code to HTTPS so that both parts are secured.
