Errors on BSAP 1940

I can't get my 1940 AP to do connect to the vWLAN (radios are also turned off).

I have SSH access in. When I go in, I see the following error messages:

On the first screen I see these two messages:

BSAP State: MFG state invalid

Error: "mfg_state" not defined

When I view the network summary I see:

Cannot open discovery file

Cannot open discovery file

Cannot open discovery file

Cannot open discovery file

Any idea what is happening and how I can fix it?

The only problem is, Support won't talk to me unless I have a separate contract even though the unit is under warranty. They were my first try. Apparently the warranty means nothing.

Support contacted me and we were able to get this resolved. The AP was replaced under warranty.
