Apple TV

Jump to solution

I am having trouble consistently connecting an Apple TV device to our BlueSocket wireless network. Seems to work fine for a while, then nothing. The minute I reboot the AP it is connected to, I see the device again and can connect to it. Any ideas?

Please confirm you are running the latest AP firmware. 6.5.4-11 for BSAP-18XX's running on the vWLAN product line and 6.5.4-10 for BSAP-18XX's running on the BSC product line as of this writing (Wireless>AP>firmware column). If you are running the latest firmware, please open a support case. It appears a support case would be much more efficient for this type of issue.

Thanks,

Ken
