I have a modem that tries to dial 18002333111 and it always fails with a busy signal. I need help figuring out why. The telco says it is not their fault. Here is what the log shows:

Thanks for any help or suggestion!
Unfortunately, the message the ATLAS receives is DISCONNECT with the reason being “UNSPECIFIED_CAUSE”. So this tells us the call was disconnected with no cause given. From the SETUP message the ATLAS sends, I believe the problem is the CALLING PARTY #. The ATLAS is sending the calling party number as “0005036664290,” which is too many digits. We need to remove the “000” from the beginning of the number.
To remove the “000” prepended to the calling party number, go into the DIAL PLAN and GLOBAL PARAM. Then go to the AREA OR CITY CODE which looks like it is currently set to “000.” Select the “000” and hit <ENTER>, then
<Backspace> to remove it and hit <Enter> again. The ATLAS should no longer add the “000” to the beginning of the number.
Another option is to go to the DIAL PLAN and NETWORK TERM and go to the SUBSTITUTION TEMPLATE for Slot 2 Port 1. Under the substitution template set the DNIS ORIG# and the DNIS SUBST# both to “$”. (This is so the
DNIS does not change. Whatever the original DNIS is will be sent as the substituted DNIS.) Then go into the ANI SUBS. In here set the ANI ORIG# to be “000-NXX-NXX-XXXX” and the ANI SUBST# to be “NXX-NXX-XXXX”. After that back out to the main menu and any 13-digit number starting with “000” will have the “000” stripped off.
Hope this helps,
Patrick

Thanks Patrick!
I will try option 1 first, and let you know how it works.
Thanks! That was it!
