I'm not sure if I have the right community but I have a customer that has the phone equipment listed in the subject line. They are trying to upload a WAV file for their on Hold Messaging/Music service we are providing for them. They do not know how to upload their file. Are there instructions they can use to do this? We have been trying for a few weeks and are getting nowhere. Please help!
