Hello all,
I did configure a ring group as an executive group. Here you are the part of the config. The reste of the config is working fine (The inbound/outbound calls are working)
voice ring-group 8001
type executive
description Ring Group 1
max-rolls 9
executive-extension 5143804360
assistant-extension 5143806939
The config of the users is as follow:
voice user 5143804360
connect fxs 0/8
no cos
...
group-ring-call-waiting
voice user 5143806939
connect fxs 0/9
no cos
...
group-ring-call-waiting
I don't know what to add to make it works.
thanks for your help
Karim, can you clarify the behavior you're seeing specifically? Also, what product is this being configured on? Thanks

Are you actually dialing "8001" to reach the ring group? This is a common example in documentation but in real life you'll want to put the actual ring group pilot number there. Example:
voice ring-group 3125550123
Then when a caller dials 312-555-0123 it will reach the ring group and route accordingly. You can add an alias for extension or abbreviated dialing.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay,
I am using TA924e, and it seems that this feature is not available on TA924e, right?
Thanks
It should be available. What exactly are you dialing to reach the ring-group?
