Device in use: Platform: Total Access 924, part number 4210924L1, CLEI code is SIM5F00BRA
Problem: I am trying to upgrade my device to a new firmware but it is showing that I have insufficient space.
Upon checking the flash, this is the only thing inside. Can you help me on how to clear the used memory?
I cannot reboot the device yet since there is no more firmware upon reload.

Hello,
If you have a serial cable you can follow these steps.
Is there an alternative way without local interference? I only have access to this device remotely.
Thank you!
Ugly but works -
If the client's network allows for such a device, and you can remote into it with VPN connectivity:

I've got a few scattered about with the caveat that it's another method for others to gain access to the equipment, and should seriously consider this as a security risk. I have arrangements that they physically disconnect the serial port from the equipment until I call them for remote access needs, in which they plug the serial cable back into the console port as needed.
Still need to sort out the TFTP server on the client's network to push firmware updates.
