I've been working with an Adtran Total Access 908e in a lab environment as a transparent proxy between a 3CX and YeaLink T48U phones. Everything works spectacularly for a couple of days - BLF's update in real time when someone is off/on the phone, call routing works great, registrations are successful, and then after a couple of days, registrations stop working and the only thing I've found as a fix is rebooting the Adtran, where it remains stable for a couple of days. I've found a few forums that seem to talk about similar issues, but nothing with my exact setup. When the failures start happening, I get a fairly persistent message of "STACK ERROR TRANSACTION TransactionCreate - Failed to create a new transaction" that seems correlated to when the failures start. Any advice or insight anyone could provide would be most helpful. I'm also happy to provide additional info/relevant portions of the config if it's helpful.
