Hello, we've got a customer that has a PRI coming off of a TA904 that goes to their PBX on site. For regular outbound calls they have their main number show for CID.
Is it possible to set it so the actual DID number shows for CID when 911 is called? When 911 is called they would like the actual DID show up when the call makes it to the PSAP. Currently when a call is made to 911 it just shows the main number. Customer has made some test calls to 911 and I’ve confirmed in our phone switch that the outbound CID just shows their main number, not that the actual DID that made the call to 911.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
