TA 908e 2nd and 3rd Generation Max cable distance to/fm PBX

I've asked this question before and received some really good feedback via email, but unfortunately that email has expired and I no longer have access to it. I'm wondering what is the Maximum distance for the RJ48 cable from the PRI interface of a 2nd and 3rd gen TA908e to the customer's PBX system.
