What command can be used to show the MAC address of a TA 908e unit? I think you are able to see the MAC address in the web interface, but I need to do it by command line.
Hello fiberman,
The command: show interface ethernet 0/1 will output the mac/hardware address:
TA924e#show int eth 0/1
eth 0/1 is UP, line protocol is UP
Hardware address is 00:A0:C8:36:32:0C
Ip address is 10.100.101.2, netmask is 255.255.255.252
IP MTU is 1500 bytes
BW is 100000 Kbit
The same command is valid for eth 0/2. Let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Geoff

What would the command be to locate the Chassis MAC address. For inventory purposes my employer uses the chassis MAC address, but sometime uses the 1st Hardware MAC on the device. I can see the Hardware MAC, but not the Chassis MAC.
