I am have an issue with a TA5000 and one way audio on a pots line. Everything has been changed to the customer and still the same. This started when the new TA5K was turned up and the customer was cut over to it. The customer has a high call volume so they notice the one way audio. Could it be affected by the distance to the remote? We had this issue with another TA5k. The solution was to put them on direct copper out office. This is not an option in this situation.
