The 2nd Gen only supports four T.38 fax calls.
Using command "sh media-gateway summary" I can tell the code per fax call. Can I have more than 4 fax calls using g711ulaw codec? I believe using this code for the fax is like a regular phone call is that correct?
If this is the case can I have 30 fax call using codec g711ulaw?
Yes with g711u you can have up to the maximum number of calls supported by the device.
If you are sending the traffic over the public internet there is a good chance you will have issues if you don’t use T.38.
