Level 3 SIP trunk

I have a TA908E with SBC licensing. Trying to setup a SIP trunk with carrier Level 3. They have a Cisco SBC on the LAN and have provided little information other than the LAN IP of their SBC.

I captured a sample and am sending invites to the SBC but not getting any responses. They said they have no other information to provide as far as a setup guide.

Anyone have any experience with Level 3 they'd be willing to share?
