Intermittent Call Rejection UNASSIGNED_NUMBER

I have an Total Access 908e (3rd Gen) with a SIP trunk in and a 2 ISDN PRIs out to  a subscribers Phone system,     intermittently (like every 3rd or 4th call) on outbound calls from the Customers PBX calls are rejected by the TA,    when that happens I see the call attempt in the ISDN Debug, looks like the TA is disconnecting the call with a cause code of (UNASSIGNED_NUMBER)  however it never send an INVITE out the SIP trunk to my switch, My assumption is that the customers PBX is sending something invalid on theses calls but I can tell what from the debug  

Any help is appreciated!

Is this capture from the Adtran or from the PRI on the PBX? Is a PBX user calling 800-306-9329 or does that number terminate on the PBX?

A "debug voice verbose" on the Adtran would help debug. Note that with SABR set up the way you have it, the Adtran will not "hairpin" calls from the PBX back to the PBX.
