Hairpin inbound to external wont work after 13.5.3 firmware

Hello,

Since upgrading firmware to 13.5.3, we can no longer hairpin a call with no CID or blocked CID back out to a cell phone.  We can also not receive the inbound call, hairpin it back out to a cell phone as the same CID as the caller.  This seemed to start just after we updated the firmware in the 908.

How can I fix that?
