What section of the config do you place isdn-number-template 1 prefix "" national nxx-nxx-xxxx to control the output of the T1 PRI from the  ADTRAN 908E to the  EXTERNAL USER EPABX.  I need to change the ISDN D-CHNL message so the Adtran 980e send PLAN and TYPE towards the EPABX connected to the DS1 PRI PORT.
