I have a 908e connected to a PBX via PRI. When users dial a 7 digit number it takes about 13 seconds for the call to start ringing, when dialing 11 digits it completes right away. Is this something on the Adtran or the PBX? When doing a debug isdn l2-formatted as soon as I see the call received from the PBX it starts ringing so this leads me to believe it is the PBX. Also when trying to dial 7 digits + # the user gets an invalid number message, not sure if that's coming from Adtran or PBX?

In PRI applications, yes it is the PBX that does the auto-complete on numbers that are being dialed from the users. The PBX collects the digits and sends it to us in the M05 Setup message in the Calling Party field as you have shown in the debug. So I would get with the PBX vendor on finding out why the auto-complete is not working.
In RBS T1 applications, it is the ADTRAN that does the autocomplete because the PBX sends us one digit at a time when the user dials.
Hope that helps.
