We have a customer on a ta600. When they 1st turned up none of their calls would disconnect from the phone system when the customer hang up their phone. I set Fw Disc Timer to 2000MS and fwd disc delay to 2 seconds. This improved the disconnecing about 95%. They still get about 1 or 2 calls a day that won'd disconnect. I also tried changing fw disc battery to reverse with no help. Is there anything else that can be tried?
