I have a building with users saying that when they call each other, voicemail will not pick up if the line is busy or after 4-5 rings. I have checked system call forward settings in my phone system and all is fine and set the same way as all other buildings which work fine. I'm not sure where else to look.
Adam, I believe you opened a support case for this and the issue was narrowed down to either your PBX or Dialogic Gateway? Please provide any updates to what you discover. Thanks
