Is it just me or does the ECS lack a very important feature. Pickup groups!
We install ECS in Ireland and each time we install one of the very first question's is "how do I pickup another users phone that is in my group?"
To which we reply you dont have that functionality and explain the ringing call pickup feature.
In most cases the ECS is deployed in a large enterprise and for a user to know exactly which phone is ringing is not easy. Most likely the user hears a phone ringing and expects to be able to hit a button or dial a service code and pickup whatever phone is ringing.
Does anyone know why they are not included in this product as it is in the Netvanta 7100 or if they are in the plans of future releases?
