This is a pre-sales question. I have a customer who needs to have a "group" mailbox for technical support , so they need to have multiple phones have a way to "see" that the group voice mailbox has an unlistened or new message in it.
I don't see a good way to do this. The job hinges on this. Can anyone help?
Mike, unfortunately UC is only capable of sending MWI to a single user associated with a mailbox. Thanks
